One problem with plugging-and-playing activities is that practitioners often “hallucinate” that the activity will be just as impactful as when they last saw it. Chances are, it will fall flat because the context would have changed, and you might end up wondering what went wrong when it was such a good activity???
Let us help unpack what makes an activity work with our Activity Design framework. The activities you design will now give participants an intense experience which will help make debriefing easy. Wouldn’t it be nice to have participants sharing excitedly what they went through, and what they learnt without having to pull out the learning from them? We can give you the tools to design an impactful activity and not leave it to chance anymore!
*A gentle disclaimer from us. This workshop is suitable for participants who have attended our Enhanced Facilitation Skills (EFS) workshop previously, as it will make use of content covered in the workshop. It is designed as an add-on to the EFS workshop and participants without the background might find themselves a little lost. However, we also had participants who have not attended our EFS workshop join in, and they also benefited from the workshop. Just a note that you will need to be familiar with the concept of framing before attending this workshop. eg. Flat, Flagging, Isomorphic, Frontloading, Fantasy frames etc.
