Challenge Course Facilitation (CCF) Workshop 6, 7 March 2025

Over the years, we have started to realise that Challenge Course practitioners have very unique Facilitation challenges (no pun intended!) that might warrant its own specific workshop to address these challenges. Hence we are proud to present our new 2-Day Challenge Course Facilitator (CCF) workshop! We hope that the CCF will be more specific and more relevant for CRC practitioners and help them meet the challenges in their role. Some topics we will focus on include :

• Making assessments of participants’ competency (and dealing with it)
• Facilitating learning
• Giving effective instructions

This workshop will replace the Enhanced Facilitation Skills (EFS) workshop requirement in our popular Basic Challenge Course Practitioner (BCCP) course from 2024 onwards.
